Richard M. Sissman is a partner with the law offices of Fracassi Mahdavi Sissman and Rand LP. Their offices are located in Washington D.C., suburban Virginia and Maryland.
Richard M. Sissman has been practicing law since 1985. He matriculated at the University of Illinois and received a B.S. in Biology from SUNY at Binghamton, New York in 1977. He also holds a Masters degree in Criminology from SUNY at Albany, New York in 1980. He went to law school in Houston, Texas and received his J.D. in 1985. He has been practicing law in the Washington D.C. area since 1987 representing materialmen, general contractors, subcontractors and architects in the tri-state area.
